Delivery

All orders are subject to cleared payment and our standard security checks before dispatch. Where possible, orders completed during our opening hours will be dispatched the same working day, with delivery normally taking place on the next working day.

All deliveries are fully tracked and require a signature on receipt. For security reasons, high-value timepieces will not be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

UK delivery is free, fully insured, tracked and signed for. International delivery is available and quoted individually per order.

Delivery times may vary for certain remote UK postcodes, weekends and bank holidays. Where a specialist courier is required, including for watches valued above £20,000, we will contact you directly to confirm the delivery arrangements.

Returns

For purchases made online or by telephone, you have 14 days from the date you receive your watch to notify us that you wish to cancel your order. Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Returned watches must include all items supplied with the purchase, including the box, papers, tags, links and accessories where applicable. You may inspect and try on the watch as you would in store, however we reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction from the refund if the watch has been worn, damaged, altered or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are securely packaged and sent using an appropriate insured and tracked service. We recommend contacting us before arranging the return of any high-value timepiece so that we can advise on the safest return method.

Once your return has been received and inspected, any refund due will be processed in accordance with your statutory rights.

This returns policy does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

Inspection & Authentication

Every watch we sell is independently authenticated and inspected before dispatch. If you have any concerns about the condition of your watch upon receipt, please contact us immediately so we can address them.
