Accepted Payment Methods

We offer several convenient ways to purchase your timepiece.

Credit & Debit Cards

We accept most major credit and debit cards for purchases and reservations, including online payments and in-store transactions.

Please note that American Express (Amex) is not accepted. Available card types are confirmed at checkout.

Bank Transfer

We accept direct UK bank transfers for full purchases, outstanding balances and agreed reservation payments.

Our team will provide official payment instructions or an invoice confirming the transaction details.

For your protection, always verify our bank details directly with our showroom before transferring funds.

In-Store Payments

Customers are welcome to complete their purchase at our Hertford boutique using an accepted card or bank transfer.

We also offer appointments for customers who would prefer to inspect and discuss their chosen timepiece before purchasing.

Reserve Your Timepiece

Found the perfect watch but would like to arrange collection or finalise payment with our team?

Selected timepieces can be reserved with a £500 reservation payment.

Reservations can be arranged:

• Securely through our website
• In person at our Hertford showroom
• By bank transfer following confirmation from our team

Our team will confirm the reservation period, how your payment is applied to the purchase price, any outstanding balance and the applicable cancellation terms before your reservation is completed.

Secure & Verified Transactions

Your security is extremely important to us.

Online card payments are handled through secure payment processing services, while bank transfer purchases are individually verified before the watch is released.

We will never request your full card details by email or WhatsApp.

If you receive unexpected or altered bank details, please contact our showroom directly before making payment.

Fully Insured UK Delivery

Once your purchase has been confirmed, payment has cleared and our security checks are complete, we will arrange insured delivery.

We normally aim for next-working-day delivery following dispatch, subject to location, availability and courier arrangements.

For higher-value timepieces, specialist insured courier services may be arranged.

Returns & Buyer Protection

We believe that purchasing a luxury watch should be a transparent and reassuring experience.

Eligible online and telephone purchases benefit from statutory cancellation rights, including the applicable 14-day cancellation period.
